Greg Reith began his career with U.S. Army Special Forces with a specialty in Operations and Intelligence. Greg’s experience includes counter intelligence, analysis, collection at both tactical and strategic levels. At the end of his career in the military, he transitioned into Information Technology and was the Information Systems Security Officer. Greg also trained intelligence courses in the military. Most recently, Greg led the T-Mobile threat intelligence team as a Senior Security Engineer (Threat Intelligence) and developed the T-Mobile threat intelligence strategy.
At T-Mobile, supported multiple groups to include legal, executive protection, incident response, third party risk and others. He was also responsible for assessing T-Mobile USA projects for meeting security requirements, conducting third party assessments, and threat analysis. While at T-Mobile, Greg developed and delivered a four-month threat intelligence training program to extend threat intelligence capabilities across the enterprise.
Greg has a unique mix of both operational and executive management skills. These titles include Chief Technology Officer and Chief Technologist. He has developed enterprise security, risk and continuity solutions across a broad spectrum of infrastructures including cloud, access control, IP protection, network and physical security, security policy, and planning.
At Microsoft, Greg developed business continuity strategy and created and trained threat intelligence courses.
Greg has written multiple patents in the fields of threat intelligence and big data security.
Greg has been a speaker at multiple venues to include the Cloud Security Alliance, RFUN (Recorded Future Conference), ISACA, AGORA and others.
